why dont guys ever compliment or tell you that look nice in certain cloothes i mean you can dress up so pretty when even thier friends compliment you but for him you just look ok?? guys this should be an easy answer!!

Be thankful that your boyfrind is straight. As a gay man, I know to always compliment women on their appearance. Straight guys are sometimes lacking in the courtesy "gene." Sorry, but it just goes with the territory.

You're dating the wrong guys. I always let my date know they've gone the extra distance to look nice. Compliments also indicate how you feel about the person. If they don't compliment you then they don't really care all that much or they are too into themselves.

Yeah it is easy to answer. The answer is, for the same reason that girls don't compliment us when we dress well. I guess it's because you are used to seeing it and don't feel obligated to say it everytime. I don't know though. You are a girl, so why don't you give me the answer.

We problems with compliment due to the meaning conveyed by them, that women often give which is if we compliment it is translated into "hitting on you"..

I think lads that tend to be the jealous type and definitly lads that are insecure in their relationship sometimes if not always find it hard to compliment their lovers for looking well. Its kind of like a fear of admitting to her that she is beautiful because this might feed his insecurities... I guarantee you that he is thinking although he's not saying it...

Could be a number of reasons.
1. Maybe you two have been together for a while, and he just doesn't tell you anymore because A) he thinks you already know how hot you are or B) he takes your hotness for granted.
2. Maybe the outfit didn't just do it for him

i'm a dude and thats a difficult question. I know what u mean and its true. There's just somethin about us that we see and that u ladies dont see even if we r to try and let it out. For now jus accept it as it is. we r like that and its fine and u r like that and u r fine.

if your my GF I say you look beautiful and if your my firend I say you look pretty, if I just met you I might compliment something but it really just depends on the guy, also sometimes we might not think your clothes look nice but you think yours do so we just keep silent
