It is vitally important to a developing baby that the mother be provided with the most costly out-of-season fresh fruits whenever the craving strikes.
Familiarise yourself with the better greengrocers in the area, my man!
If she balks at fresh raspberries for some reason, explain that you are all too happy to go back out, and get cream, sugar, and an ice cream maker with which to transform them.
Do not, at any cost, allow her to eat cheap cheese. Nothing under $10 for a medium block. Throw out that Kraft stuff and get some Parmigiano-Reggiano. Similarly, when choosing bread, bypass that supermarket fluff and go to a real bakery. At least until you can learn to bake it yourself.
Your baby can suffer serious harm if you try to use any 'instant' or artificial foodstuffs when Mum has a craving for the real thing. Instant hot chocolate in lieu of the real thing is a particular no-no, and it should be topped with _real_ whipped cream.
Your wife is always the best guide on this, though. Only she can tell you if the baby requires a Mars bar at 3:00am, or french fries for breakfast. Do NOT try to second-guess these requirements.
Finally, keep in mind that you are likely unable to properly prepare many of the foods that ensure baby beautifulness in-home, which is why experts recommend that all pregnant women be frequently taken out and spoiled in good restaurants.

Perhaps your English isn't so good, but the phrase "make my wife eat" sounds very controlling and patriarchal. I will give the benefit of the doubt, though, that you really just mean "ENCOURAGE my wife to eat". ;)
There are no particular foods that a pregnant woman must eat. The most important thing to is have a reasonably healthy diet, eating foods in moderation (no binging on chocolate cake or peanut butter, and such), to see a medical provider regularly, and exercise moderately throughout the pregnancy. Most doctors also recommend taking a prenatal vitamin daily, to ensure adequate vitamin and mineral intake.
Congrats on your growing family, and best of luck!

DNA makes a child look for who it is, not eating the right foods.
Though eating healthy, and the correct foods will make your child and wife more healthy.
Make an appointment with your docotr to find out what foods to eat and avoid in pregnancy. After all thats what they get paid to do!

Honolulu has it all. Discover that place with this specific hotelbye little help. Honolulu is the house of a few of Hawaii's many traditional places. From Iolani Palace, the Kawaiahao Church, the Hawaiian Mission Houses Historic Site and Archive and the valued artefacts of the Bishop Museum to legendary landmarks like the Aloha Tower, the King Kamehameha I Statue, the Duke Kahanamoku Statue and the historic Hawaii Theatre, Honolulu has, undeniably, plenty of interesting places. Honolulu can also be the Hawaii's spot for arts, tradition and entertainment. Among the areas you cannot miss from your holydays in Honolulu is Waikiki, the key beach location on most people heading to Honolulu and the area of Oahu. That region is known for its large crescent designed beach, where visitors arrive at rest out in sunlight, move, and figure out how to surf.

Well, my mom and mother-in-law are at odds about everything including what I should've and should've not eaten during my pregnancy. I ate healthy and had a serious ice cream habit during the summer. ;) I walked to the ice cream stand so it was okay...in my opinion. I have gorgeous baby! Anyhow, I did just read a recent article about changing your child's DNA by what you eat during pregnancy. Now, the study was done on rats...but hey, it's kind of relevant...

BTW, I think all babies are beautiful, so I would be more concerned about the health of your child, but that's just me...
Have a quick and safe labor!

First of all, your child will be beautiful no matter what your wife eats. Next, she needs to stay away from salty foods and ones with a lot of sugar. Salt will make her retain water and too much sugar is just not good. Whatever she eats needs to be healthy and benefical to her and the baby. Lots of protein rich foods and vitamin rich foods. NO empty calories!

dear whoever,
what ever got u thinking that eating something special will make a beautiful child?your child will look like you,or like your wife or like both of you,or nothing like you.eating something special does not make it cute or beautiful or handsome.
but u can get ur wife to eat special things that will make ur child HEALTHY.isnt that more important than being pretty?
well,to start with, she can drink lots of milk and water.the more the better.fruits(orange,grapes,mango,etc. with more vitamin c),vegges(leafy, green ones, carrots can be eaten raw provided they are well cleaned and washed)drink juice.
avoid fatty foods,oils,fried stuff,sweet stuff,over spicy,salty and sour stuff.
listen to slow, beautiful, calming music everyday and this is very useful for the baby, who will start hearing soon.give ur wife a good, gentle massage everyday if u can, because this is the best way for u to bond with your wife more than even and also with ur unborn baby.
remember,ur childs beauty is determined by what god has planned to give it and by what u have contributed for it.every baby is as beautiful as angels and nothing can beat that.

I have no doubt your child will be beautiful no matter what! However, health wise, she should avoid mould ripened cheese such as brie, blue stilton etc and Pate. Peanuts are to be avoided too. I wish you the very best of luck. You're a lucky man! x

Beauty is purely genetic. No food is going to change that.
She can, however, eat healthy foods to help ensure that her child develops optimally. It's okay to splurge every now and then, but the baby's health is far more important than its appearance.

You can't make your wife eat anything, she has to want to eat it herself. Not that it will make any difference. Your child will have aspects of you and your wife, if it isn't beautiful enough for you it won't be because of the food your wife did or didn't eat. And if it isn't beautiful enough for you anyway, shame on you.
