I recently confessed to a band-mate that I was in love with her and she said she had feelings for me as well but half of her didnt want to be with me cause she liked the friendship we already have and didnt want to be drifted if we broke up, I promised I would never do that and I showed her evidence that I never neglect from old girlfriends.She trusts me a lot but her ex-boyfriend promised the same thing.She wants to know me more which I agreeded but dreading that she will never mention this again.Will I wait paitently or ask again when we know each other better.I hope I recieve helpful advise :D

I think that it is very important to let her come around when she is ready and knows more about you.It is definitely something that i would be cautious about too because even if you promise not to break up i mean that's just something you can't promise because things happen in relationships all the time that people swore never would happen to them.So i would really just try to spend more time with her as friends without pushing the relationship stuff to hard yet.She likes you and now knows how you feel so give her time and see where things take you guys.Good luck

Show her you respect her feelings and let her know you care. Include her in things you do to get to know her better and get more comfortable. Be patient but if it seems like it's not going anywhere after a couple of weeks, then ask again and see what's going on

I think that you should ask her again because the mere fact that she feels the same way means that she too cosidered a relationship. but what i believe her problem is that because she recently came out of an unfullfilling relationship she may be a bit afraid to commit. ask her again

I think you should wait a little while and see what heppens, if you still have feelings for her then you should bring it up again when you know each other better, if not, then think about how you did feel, and from there just follow your heart, u can't go wrong.......trust me

Hmm. A bandmate is like a coworker. That's a risk I've taken and I was sorry I did. It made it hard to be around her when it didn't work out.

i think you should start making romantic gestures, like get her flowers, but dont do anything friendsy like the cinema, because if you do friend things she'll only ever think of you as a friend
