We are looking for lively classical music for a funeral next week. We want something solemn but joyful to accompany the catholic ceremony. Any ideas?

Easter Hymns are very joyful and rousing, and many are suitable for funerals, as they speak of resurrection. We used a rousing joyful Easter hymn as the recessionall at my grandmother's funeral. I would recommend the hymn set to Beethoven's "Ode to Joy", if you want something specifically classical.
