Only the guilty go to hell. It would be hard to judge from the outside what sort of specific revelation God has given a person and how that person has accepted it. ALthough I don't know much about autism-I can tell you Crow fans have a special place in hell:)

life on earth is just the first step, so yes they go to Heaven, and start all over, we are all the same in Heaven. same color, no need for money,or materialistic things.. Good-Luck..
