I never realized how popular I was until now ( I hear many Brides-to-Be feel the same way). Its amazing how many people want to be involved at my wedding.
We already have:
5 bridesmaids/5 groomsmen.
2 Maid of Honors/ 2 Best Men
2 flower girls
1 Ring barrier/ and my 5 year old nephew who will be handing out roses to the ladies as the flower girls walk down... and
My one friend is reading a poem at the reception. My nephew is playing the guitar as I walk down the aisle.

I know it sounds like a full house already, but I have 2 more friends (female) and my 2 other nephews (15 & 18) that I would like to involve... what other roles could they play?

My husband and I are both from huge families so I know your pain. You could have someone assigned to take care of the guest book and make certain that everyone signs it You could have someone pass out the bubbles or the confettie or rice whatever they are gonna throw at you when you leave the church. You could have some one to take the gifts that somepeople will bring to the reception You might have someone organize a few little games to occupy any small children attending. that is all I can think of right now, we did all of those things just to get more people involved. Good Luck

Someone needs to monitor the guest book. The young men could be ushers. Who is helping you pull all of this together, sort of an overseerer. You MoH's can't do it while they're walking down the aisle.
What about wedding programs? Are you having bubbles or some other recognition?

I don't want to put a damper on your plans but having a 5 yr old pass out roses to the ladies is going to take A LOT of time. Might want to get the two nephews to help with that.

Make the two nephews ushers or have them hand out programs.
Make the other two friends your personal attendants for the wedding. Personal attendants help you get dressed, supervise the help (flower delivery/placement, caterers, cake cutters, etc), make an emergency kit for you for the reception and honeymoon (anything you might need or forget), arranges the wedding party so everyone is in the right place and is seated correctly. Check out "bride's personal attendant" on google to get a better idea of what they do. Best wishes!

The 2 other females could serve the cake at your reception or attend to your guest register. And the nephews could be ushers or candle lighters. Or, you could just stick with the ones you already have...not everyone who wants a job at a wedding always gets one.

If you intend to have "programs" of the way everything will proceed, one or two of these people could hand out the programs as people enter the church. One or two should also be in charge of making sure all guests who leave receive the "favors" (rice or bubbles) that will be thrown/blown when the bride and groom leave the church. The favors are often in pretty baskets that they carry on their arms and stand at the exit doors. If one of your friends wouldn't mind she could be the "head" flower girl and be in charge of the littler ones (sometimes young children get frightened when they see so many people staring at them and then they freeze!). Her dress could be a complimentary one of theirs. Good luck and God Bless. It sounds as if you are going to have a fantastic wedding and I hope your marriage is even more blessed.

Make the boys ushers and the girls hostesses. Trust me you will need them. They will be instrumental in making sure the guest book is signed, manning the gift table and if you are having the ceremony and reception in two different places, they will transport decorations. Sometimes, hostesses/ushers serve as MC's during the reception. If you have a wedding coordinator of sorts, they will delegate the task, but trust me you will need the man power.

Is someone going to be in 'charge' of the gift table? Is someone going to be 'the coffee, tea pourer"? Is someone in charge of the fancy book 'guests'? Is someone in charge of 'snapshots'.....not the regular photographer, but, just snapshots for fun? There are many roles to fill.................
