there's no miracle drug! you have to suck it up and exercise and eat healthy foods. most of those diet pills are actually bad for your health. the FDA doesn't regulate supplements. be careful!

you will need a good combination of things to help you lose weight, there is no one pill that works for everyone or is safe, if losing some pounds of any description and inches is what you want then I would suggest you use a diet that is all natural and is rich in protein and vitamins. I used a protein based diet with Herbalife after a friend who had lost weight with them recommended it to me. All the way through you feel great and energized, you also get great coaching and support along the way. The people are very friendly and gave me lots of great advice. I needed to lose 40 pounds and I did so fairly easily. There is no pressure and they will even send you a load of free samples so you can try before you buy. The samples were the thing that initially convinced me that this was the right diet for me. The products really work and you feel great whilst losing weight. You also a get e free complete health consultation with the samples, I think I just paid the postage, but for what I got it was well worth it.
I lost all my weight in less than four months and they have helped me to keep it off. I would definitely recommend using them. The owners will advise you on what to purchase depending on what you want to lose, my sister did this also and lost 76 pounds in five months. The website is www.myhealthabc.com. You just leave your details and they call you up, I would suggest that if you aren’t sure or don’t want someone to ring you then go to their main site www.myhealthabcmall.com and you can see all the products and packages and order from their. This is what I did before I went to the first site and left my details so they could contact me. You can see with all the products and detail they have, so you know that they mean business. Its nice to have contact with real people who care about you losing weight and improving your health. I know that I will continue to keep the weight off with the help I have received. I hope this helps.

Any "diet pill" or "wonder pill" or "miracle pill" or whatever they want to call them that says you will never get fat after finishing the treatment is lying. Diet pills are fads and don't work. I could put Nestle Quick in a pill form and sell it to people as a diet pill and it would sell. 60 Minutes did it. Don't be so naive and fall for the advertisements. Just eat healthy foods, exercise and that's it. It's really that simple. You don't have to work out for 2 hours everyday either. 30 minutes 4-5 times a week is a decent amount.

Suck it up and put in the effort. Not only will you lose weight you will also become stronger from it physically and mentally. Say there is ONE pill that can make you lose weight...you're not gonna be stronger nor wil you gain the confidence that working out gives you. In anycase forget the pill...eat right, put in the exercise, and finally motivate yourself to do it and you'll be losing weight while gaining strength and true confidence. All the people here linking their damn pills go away please and take your lies and advertisements with you.

Personally, I think they're a load of bullshit. You can't expect to keep the weight off (if the damned pills even work!) if you eat **** and sit on your couch all day.
Things just don't work that way.
