I have a replacement radio that is only a couple of years old.

AM reception is fine, but on any FM station, I get the same sound sounds like the same radio station that is not quite tuned to the proper frequency, i.e. static-y.

Is this repairable, or must i buy yet another radio.

New radio. Unless you know digital electronics.

you may be near a powerful fm transmitting tower which can give it an overload. It sounds like you need a new one again.

You may want to check out your antenna first!
