Okay if you can be quick about it. Some women can put on lipstick in two seconds without a mirror. I think if you're going to pull out a mirror, lip liner, lip brush, and lipstick, then you might want to do it in the restroom especially if there are quite a few people around.

From a man's point of view: I personally love to watch a woman put on lipstick in public. It can be somewhat erotic to watch and can put evil little thoughts into a guy's mind. Have fun with it and enjoy the power.

No, this is not appropriate. You excuse yourself and go to the restroom and do your touch-ups there. Preferably quickly enough that the other people in your party aren't having to wait for you too long.

why not? who cares about that? what i object to is people who run their finger through their gums and pull out a bunch of food and stick it back in their mouth.
