I had the same problem. I would just "go pay something" and not look at the bill. One time I was 30 days past due for 13 cents. Yes, 13 cents. Now I look at my statements carefully and also I enrolled in this program called PRBC. It's a "reporting agency"(credit bureau) that allows you to submit not only past payments from 3 years back for reporting, but it has a bill payment service that not only pays the bill but also reports it as well. The cool part about it is that if you're been making payments, it can be reported and comprised into a score on a report that can be considered with your traditional credit reports under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. So take off that stone and click the links that I posted!

If you only have poor credit due to paying bills late, this is not a big problem. Just start paying your bills on time - all of them. Make sure you pay at least the minimum due on all of your credit cards each month (more if you can afford it). Have at least one credit card to your name, as this shows that you can handle having credit, and have a bank account. Your poor credit will be off the records in 1-3 years! However, one slip up and it will take the 1-3 years to get back in great standing again.

If you are now paying on time, these things will fall off your credit report in 7 years. Just keep paying your bills on time, keep a low or zero balance and in 7 years you will have great credit.

Talk to the companies which you have a mark with and explain the situation. Sometimes then can help romve a bad mark if it only happened once. Also, dispute any problems you have with the three credit reporting agencies. Experian, Transunion, Equifax. Sometimes they remove items if they can't confirm them. After 7 years your credit is wiped clean so you can always wait for that.

Hi Friend,
Any technique may not be useful to improve your credit rating until you pay your bills online. Please don't fall for credit repair scams. First and foremost thing you need to do is paying the bills ontime. In addition to that, take some credit( credit cards, secure credit cards, secure loans) and then start paying them right ontime. It'll automatically boost your credit score(FICO). If you are looking for credit cards for poor credit, check out
