The problem is that you have bangs (or "fringe"), because the hair gets oily throughout the day, and transfers that onto your forehead, and your hair also irritates the area around your face, and causes the skin to build up bacteria and dirt and cause pimples.

Best way is to (continually), throughout the day, wipe down your forehead with a cleansing cloth or blotting papers, and keep your face fresh, moisturized, but oil-free.

Or wash your face continually throughout the day..(difficult)

Or give up your bangs altogether. :( (I went through the same thing)

Try using a different type of shampoo, or keep your fringe off your forehead when possible - Like when you sleep, just grip it back.
