I also don't need anything, my husband gets frustrated with gift shopping for me. I did get a gift card from a beauty spa from him last year on our anniversary, it is good for anything from a massage to a pedicure. My dad got one from my mother on their anniversary, so my mother and I made a day of it, and had a grand time. If she is not into things like that, then I would go for a VISA gift card. Then she can buy what ever she would like. I hope this helps.

If she has everything then maybe you should not buy her more things. Try doing something nice for her or take her for a surprise weekend get a way.
