Get a planner. They will help you greatly.
Anything you want with you the day of the wedding, pre-pack.
For example, makeup, hair brushes, etc. Have them prepacked no later than the day before, even if it means having two sets of things. You'll thank yourself later for it! Your maid of honor will help you with a lot of things also. Let her help you that day. She can take care of a lot of the smaller things so you can concentrate on getting dressed and feeling your best for the ceremony. Let her deal with the bridesmaids, wedding party and other relatives. Let the planner deal with the photographer and caterer, band, etc. Despite tradition, get plenty of sleep as best you can, the night before. Have a handkerchief held in your hand(hidden by the bouquet), you'll need it! Most of all, just take a few deep breaths and enjoy your special day!

I strongly advise you to get a wedding planner. They are professionals and it is their job to make sure that your wedding is as blissful as it should be.
