well...it depends ..if your dog is not eating because u have trie dto introduce a new food then give it a couple of days (he wont die) and he will get hungry enough and eat. Otherwise I would go to the vet, it could be an underliying illness that is causing lack of appetite. And it could be serious. So act fast!!!

If you are introducing new food you should gradually mix the new food with the old food. If that doesn't work try putting cheese or anything else your dog may have interest to.
If the dog has been using that food a lot try taking some and put it in her hand or take a single peace and open your dogs mouth and put it in there(i dont sugest this though) If all failes try take your dog to the vet and get her checked out.

How long has this been going on. A day or two and no worries, longer than that and the pup could be sick. Then I would say to the vet with you. When the weather is bad and all my pups do is lay around the house all day they dont eat a lot of chow. Give them a lot of exercise and they really chow down. If the pups not sick try walking it and playing with it out doors and then see if its appitite comes back.

If your dog hasn't been eated it could be pregnant have you seen it get wild with another dog behind a tree in the park if so you shall take it to a vetarnarin and see what they guy says :-)

Our dog sometimes goes off his food & we usually put a little bit of something really scrummy in there to tempt him!! ha,ha, I thiks it's called bribery but it seems to work, try something that they really like as a treat, but mixed in with a bowl of food. Otherwise it could just be they don't like the food you've given, or they are not feeling very well so keep an eye on them & go to the vets if it goes on.

Take him to the vet.To make sure your dog doesnt have any internal problems.There are lots of reasons dogs wont eat.It depends on your situation,how long its been,what you normally feed,spoiled or not,bored etc.If its not sick then offer him regular kibble at feeding time and if he doesnt eat it take it away til next feeding.He will get hungry eventually!Take him for walks to get his metabolism going.

If he hasnt eatin in days try any thing from scrambled eggs to shredded chicken. If he still doesnt eat and looks weak bring him in to a vet.
If he just hasnt eatin for about two meals observe him close. Is he act strange,does he try to eat but cant?

There is a problem if he won't eat, take him to the vet. there is definitely something wrong.
