How much can I loose my weight if I only eat steamed or boiled cabbage for 9 days and walk for 30 minutes daily.

Veronica, eating the steamed/boiled cabbage is a great way to lose weight, for 9 days, only, IF you add one piece of meat per day. Keep your diet only to this 9 days you have decided upon, and do not get into just eating this very small amount of calories, vitamins, and minerals. The one piece of meat could be baked chicken.........no oils, nothing bad for you. After your 9 days of dieting this way, be sure to have yourself a great fruit salad, from fresh fruit. Eat some rice and brocolli to get your grain and veggies going again, also. Neither one will make you gain, as long you do not put fattening things on top of each one. I put nothing on mine, and I love these foods. You will lose a lot of weight........but the amount actually depends upon your own body. If you have lots to lose, you will lose MORE in 9 days......if your body says you don't need to lose any pounds, you will lose less. Your body, if you don't need to lose any pounds, COULD go into starvation mode and refuse to let you lose ANY pounds. It all depends on your own body's needs.

I imagine you would lose some weight. But alot of it would be muscle and your metabolism will slow down because of it and you'll end up fatter than you started. Just reduce your calories by 500 a day (like if you eat 2000, now eat 1500) and continue to walk.

Burn more calories than you take in = losing weight
Not trendy or fast but it really works.

this is a romanian receipt that I know.
When I was in Romania most girl were doing thie and eat it to loose weight.
I know that it works, but you have to eat just that for about 10 to 14 days and you will loose some weight. I don`t know how much you will loose, it depends on your actual body weight too.

About ten pounds but it isn'thealthy to eat on ly one thing. Your body will get you back for it. You may have diarreah or vomting if you are sensitve and taking your self off of a routine. I know a guy who lost twenty pounds after only eating meat for a week and only drinking water.

You may loose weight, but that weight will also be muscle mass.

You might lose weight but you will also make yourself very ill. Your hair will lose its shine and your skin will look bad. Is it worth it?

I do not know, but I can tell you that it would not be a healthy loss. you would not be getting the vitamins you need.
