Throw the pad outside........and leave the door open for a few min at a time........remember you have 7 min after a pup eats or drinks
so open the door then. You are more training you !

I just went throught this with my pup.
1 put the pads by the front door.
2 instead of using two or three pads, start taking one away, leaving the puppy with less room to pee and poo.
3 Take the pads away completly. If you aren't going to be home for long periods, put one pad down. But not when you're at home.
4 If you see the pup start to pee on the pad, IMMEDIATELY take it outside and praise for going ouside.
I hope this helps. Its getting nicer out, and the feeling of independence will start to show in the puppy when it realizes that going out, means praise and maybe a cookie.
In time the pup gains more control over the bladdar and will hold it for longer periods of time.
If this doesn't work, put the puppy in a crate. They won't pee where they sleep.
Good luck.
