where is a good place to find all the "angel rules" like don't have a dog in the house...don't have statues...what are the names of the two angels sitting on my shoulders...where can i go on the web to do my own research? thank you in advance for your help!

Select all of them and type in "angel" in the search field, and search for it.

I am Muslim, and actually it's quite a big argument in my house right now...My Husband has a Dog, and she stays in the house with us, His dispute is yes, the Dog is a dirty animal but we aren't praying where the Dog is. The Dog isn't alowed in our room, and after petting her we wash our hands. Prophet Mohammed (PBUH), actually had Dogs himself while he was travelling. In my opinion it is Ok, to have a Dog in the house, just as long as you stay clean!
Hmmm...Good question about the names of the Angels on our shoulders...I was never certain if they actually had names..They are just the two Angels that write the Good and Bad things in our Books....
I think if you want the best, most accurate information about Islam then you should read the Quran. Most of the Questions you have will be found in there!!

Yes it's true that you can't have a dog in your house as it is unclean. I suggest going to your local mosque and asking an Iman there.

If that was such a great religion, why wont your god allow an animal in your home? If GOD was the one who created earth and the heavens, HE also created a simple dog. GOD should LOVE everybody, no matter what you are!

ask a local imam. go to islam q&a websites that you trust :) focus on getting your prayers in on time, prayer is really important.
