Hard to tell without characters and your pinyin would be better if you indicated what tones. I'm guessing here:

Can (or, in this context, "yes"), but have service test (unsure about these two words due to lack of tones/characters). Should (come?) answer us today. Thanks.

i couldnt find anything for that specific sentence, but the blue-highlighted link below had a LOT of cool Mandarin sentences.
