Gestation for cats is 63 days, + or - a few days either way. If you know how long you have had her, that will help narrow it down. If her milk is starting to come out her teats, she is within a few days of having the kittens. They usually do really well at having them on their own. Just make her comfortable and place her in a quiet place and let her have the babies in peace. Check on her every hour or so but leave her be for the most part. You will know when she goes into labor. She will most likely be very vocal. GL. Any questions or concerns call a vet in your area.

Please get her spayed after this. I know you did the right thing by taking her in. I work in the humane society where I live and it is amazing to me how many stray and pregnant cats come through. I myself have a cat and she was spayed at 5 months of age. If you have problems finding homes for the kittens, taking them to the humane society will be a good thing. As long as they are healthy they will find homes. We never have kittens more than a few days because they are so highly adoptable.

If she is really big then she is in the last trimester and it will be within the next 2 weeks or sooner. Are you sure she is pregnant though? An easy way to tell is to look to see if her nipples are really pink and you would also be able to feel lumps (possibly moving) in her abdomen.

If she is really big, it probably won't be very long before she has them...
You might want to place a box with some towels in a quiet room so she can feel comfy while she has her babies..

She would need a scan to determine how far gone she is.
