well for one snow boarding is a good exercise it shows your alertness and skills on the snow but also be careful it is also a dangerous activity

there is a great tape - its by Lesile Sansone - Its called Walk Away the Pounds - I got it at Wal-Mart in the fitness isle. It an in home walking program - she has a 1,2,3 and 4 mile tape.

Go dancing, skiing or snow boarding if you are where mountains are. Or find an indoor pool and go swimming. Join a gym. Or just go for walks or runs!!! Lots of ways!!!!!!

an inexpensive way to get cardio is to jump rope if you have a high enough celling, and general stretches and basic resistance/weight training is good too
