I've recently started dating a girl that I've been friends with for atleast 15 years, everything is great since we already know each other so well, and have never had any reason to keep secrets from each other. However, after I had back surgery 7 years ago it left me with a bed wetting problem. I never told her about this because it's a personal problem and she probably wouldn't want to know about it anyways. The problem is, as we become more intimate how do I tell her that I need to wear protection at night (yes diapers)? I know she will still love me, but it could make things rather akward.

Don't say go to the doctor, I've been there.

This hasn't been an issue, because I haven't dated in the last 7 years.

If you think she will still love you then do it. She will get over it a little thing like you wearing a diaper. GOOD LUCK , SUGAR.

Well you have a few options here
1. Tell her about your problem, its a side effect of the surgery. Ofcourse she will understand.

2. Don't tell her and fall asleep with her and end up wetting the bed. You can then try blaming her after which she should pretty much end the relationship

3. Don't sleep with her

2 and 3 are really not choices you want to explore, I'd suggest 1.

That would be a really tough thing to tell her. BUt you are going to have to do it eventually. Just tell her. If she really loves you, she will accept it. It's a part of who you are.

Good luck!

Number one rule you never date you friends. or best friend for that metter. Yea i would tell her, this would be the best thing to do, although embarrasing, do it.
