I was only in hospital for 4 days straight with out really getting out of bed and now i get really tired easily and i was in the hospital for an eating disorder but i'm recovered and i was sent home yesterday noon. how do i get used to walking/running with getting so tired? will it take time and how long?

Well if you were hospitalized for an eating disorder and you have recovered, then you need to be sure you are eating. Fruits and veggies, meat if you aren't vegitarian, and grains. You don't need major portions sizes, but eat something at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You need to be sure that you are eating. Even if it's snacking on crackers, or carrots or something through out the day. Also plenty of water and milk, OJ.
As for being tired, your body is lacking the nutrients and is used to being in bed. Walk with someone down the street. Just on your block, to get used to walking. If your school has stairs and you walk then a lot during your school day, and your school has an available elevator, then ask for a key. You have a good reason.
Just take it easy the first couple weeks until you're used to everything. But be sure that you're eating enough during the day. I hope you are feeling better!

I'm glad u have recovered. Good luck and stay healthy.
I would give it a week or so for your body 2 start feeling
strong again. Make sure you eat healthy. Lots of fruits
and veggies.

there are some vitamins that gives back your alertness and vigor.
ask your doctor about it, and please, do not stress yourself
too much.
