I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia years ago, which is getting worse - pain in all the muscles, fatigue. It moves around the body. Affected my lungs and was barely able to breathe for 3 days and then it moved to abdomen and back. Hot and cold packs don't help anymore, just for arthritis in neck

Symptoms of MS are unpredictable and vary from person to person and from time to time in the same person. For example, one person may experience abnormal fatigue, while another might have severe vision problems. A person with MS could have loss of balance and muscle coordination making walking difficult; another person with MS could have slurred speech, tremors, stiffness, and bladder problems. While some symptoms will come and go over the course of the disease, others may be more lasting.

Fibromyalgia is so similar to MS. I have Fibromyalgia and I believe I have MS as well. I find that getting deep tissue massage helps me more than anything else for the pain. I understand about the chronic fatigue you're feeling. I find that taking Coenyzme Co Q 10 in soft gel form helps me more with energy than anything else. I've also enclosed a web site for deep breathing exercises. This will help your lungs as well as provide more oxygen for the body which will help increase your energy.

It does vary from person to person, but haven't heard of it affecting the lungs. That sounds a little more like ALS. My friend has MS and it will show up as spots on a brain MRI. You need to consult a Dr., preferably a neurologist.
