What color do you think that Adam's skin was, since God formed him from the clay and dirt of the ground. The dirt and clay around my area is brownish reddish. So surely he had to be of a darker color, I'm thinking. What do you think?

FYI: I know is doesn't really matter and I'm not a racist or predjudice in any way, I just thought it was a neat idea to think about.

Stands to reason that he would probably be Ruddy color, reddish brown maybe. Yeah it doesn't really matter but it is a fun question.

Any color God wanted it to be. Since Adam was probably born in the middle east or Africa probably a darker shade than mine. I don't care.

Not sure. But it has to be somewhere between the skin colors we see today. It really doesn't matter. Inside men are pretty much the same. And they are not all that different outside either.

Miss Momma, you done be correct.
The name Adam means "earthling man" and is also the root word for 'red'......in Hebreux.
Conclusion: He was darkish in color since he was made from dirt with a reddish tinge in it.

In all honesty I think that this is a trivial question that is going to cause more harm than good.
But I would agree with you and say that he was a darker skinned man.

Yeah...he was probably brownish/reddish in appearance. He certainly didn't look like a white American guy, lol.
