I've discovered that there are a lot of websites that say that George Bush is the Antichrist. These sites talk about all the death and destruction he has caused and all the lies he has told. They say that the Antichrist will pretend to be a great leader, but is really only a deceiver to lead people astray. One site shows that the letters of his name add up to 666.

There's also a 212 page book written by Stephen Hanchett that claims he is the Antichrist ( I haven't read this book but saw its sales page on Amazon.com )

This has caused me to wonder if George Bush really could be the Antichrist. But I don't know enough about the prophesies to be able to tell, so I want to ask here.

Thank you.

Bible prophecy has for-told that the Antichrist will come from the east and the seven hills which is in Rome. George Bush isn't even close. He is a member of the Bohemian Grove, Skull and Bones, Luminati, Council on Foreign Relations and the Tri-Lateral Commission and only God knows what else, he certainly is NOT a Christian as he professes to be but just the opposite. GW is nothing but one of the many puppets on a string that Satan manipulates and deceives that will take part in bringing about this world as we know it, into a New World Order and the ushering in of the 7 year tribulation and the world domination of the Antichrist........Pope Benidict is the BEST candidate to be the Antichrist, not GW the moron and puppet. The Pope is a leader of a false church that mocks God and is a total abomination against God.

No, George Bush is not the future Ruler of the New World Order, which is the true identification of the "Antichrist". Understand that there are many antichrists--those who deny Jesus Christ as the Son of God. There are many non-believers, all of whom can be labeled as antichrists. But there is one who will deceive the world into believing he is the true savior of the world. He will be an imposter, just as the false prophet will be an imitator.

I love people that call Bush stupid or an idiot. If he is all those names morons like to call him because they disagree with his policies then what kind of pathetic losers are they? He is president of the most powerful nation on the planet. Who are they? If he is an idiot then they must be true imbeciles.

Bush's policies in regards to Iraq have been grounded in intelligence that the entire world agreed upon. You may not like his policies but the namecalling against him is so ludicrious and outrageous that it's almost sad how sophmoric people can get nowadays. Calling someone the truest form of evil to come to this earth even moreso then Hitler and Stalin because you don't like his politics is just so childish. It also takes away from the millions of lives destroyed by men like these and lessens their evil inflicted upon this world.

What you people out there that think Bush was sooooo evil to go to war with Iraq basically are saying is that the people of Iraq were far better off under the rule of Hussein and that we should all cheer if a Hussein type comes back into power after we cut and run. All of you people whining too better not be telling the US ever to be involved in issues like Darfur because it's none of our business.

No you don't care that we got involved in the politics and ousting of Hussein. You care that Bush is a republican and that you don't care about that region so we shouldn't be involved. I bet if its another countrys issues you do care about then you will all be the first ones to push for the US to be involved in it. Why is it the same people screaming about US not having any involvement in the middle east are the ones pushing for US involvement in Africa. What a bunch of hyppocrites you people are. Wake up and realize we arent living 200 years ago where we could be isolationists.

If he was the Antichrist, he wouldn't be able to figure out what he had to do. He might get tuck in the process of thinking and speaking at the same time.

No . He is not an Antichrist. He is fighting the organized terrorist who has only negative thoughts and destructive plans. There must be some strong will to fight such an organized terror. To fight the devil forces cannot be called Antichrist. We must be able to defend our self from destructive forces.

No he's not the Antichrist but I have heard he doesn't believe in god. He says things like "may we have god's blessings" to put on a good show. But there have been documentaries that state he is atheist

I'm not a big fan of Bush, but I'm pretty sure that he's not the Anti-Christ. The Bible says that the Anti-Christ will declare himself as God and perform many false miracles. I haven't seen Bush do either of these.

He's not. By that measure, Hitler is a far mor likely Antichrist, but he never claimed to be God, or whatever it is antichrists do.

And the N.O.T.B. is actually 661 or somesuch, and english letters are ordered pretty arbitarily.

He's too retarded to be the Antichrist. I'm sure if and when then Antichrist comes, he will take the form of someone much more charismatic and likeable who has the gifts of persuasion and inspiration.
