Your best bet is to get the ends trimmed. Because if you keep your split ends it is going to get worse and worse. A quick trim every now and then at the salon will keep your hair nice and soft. Also, try and eliminate using heated styling tools daily, as this will help cut down on the dry factor. And do a deep conditioning treatment at least once a week. I love using the Aussie Deep 3-Minute Treatment. Smells so good! I put it on right after I wash my hair, and let it "soak" while I was myself with soap and shave. :-)

- Once split ends actually occur, you cant undo it. do a hair TRIM to get rid of it and also to prevent the condition form worsening. the actual treatment should be for dry hair which in turn will prevent split ends.
- Massaging head, hot oil treatment are all good to bring out the natural oil from your head to protect your hair.
- Also drink lots of water
- A good rich conditioner after shampooing is a must for dry hair. you can also try leaving in yoghurt on your hair while in the bath for 5 mts as a natural conditioner.
- try to minimize the use of hair dryer, straightening iron etc

I had the same problem, but my hair was bad because I kept it in a ponytail all the time, So first advice is if you wear your hair in a pony STOP!!!! 2ND advise is you have to cut it off, there is no fixing it, it's preventing it. When I cut my hair I had to do it a little at a time. cut it- grow it- cut it -grow it.......so on and so on therefore my slit ends are gone and my hair was never too short. 3rd advise and last when you take showers shampoo rinse conditioner and wash your body shave whatever... you want the conditioner to sit as long as possible before rinsing. oh yeah if you blow dry your hair try cutting back and after your hair is dry of course try using a flat iron (hair straightener) My hair has never looked better in my life.

Try kerastase products. Or u can try DIY stuff. As for me, yogurts works the best. Leave it on your hair for 30 minutes, 2-3 times a week. put on a good hair serum only on the tip of your hair everyday. Dont blow dry your hair after shower etc. Let it dry naturally. Hope this helps :)

baby oil will definitely dry hair out more! (and leave hair ultra greasy) drop by Sally's Beauty Supply or another beauty supply store and get some cholesterol for your hair. make sure you're using moisturizing products instead of volumizing or clarifying. no products with alcohol in ingredients. make sure you're getting your ends trimmed once every 4-6 weeks!

I wouldn't recomend you put baby oil in your hair however try those all in one hair oil you see in the hair store. Also use a leave in conditioner in your hair to keep the moisture in your. If you blow dry your hair don't dry it to dry. use that hair oil i was telling ou about everyday on your hair and when you wash your hair use it as a hot oil treatment

Unfortunately the only way is to get a trim. There are many products which say they turn back time but hair is dead so it can't. Plus your hair will grow back quicker once you've had that trim anyway so don't worry about it.
