What you eat is what comes out in your skin, so eat vegetables, fruits, drink water, clean your face take a vitamin like fish oil wich is very good for the skin, and vitamin e keeps the skin smooth. and you will have great skin

Take vitamins and drink lots of water. The viatmins give your body the neccessary minerals to reguvinate your skin, and water will flush away toxins.
