God only grants forgivness to those who Repent and truly feel sorry for what they have done. If Satan actually felt sorry for what he did and asked Gods forgivness, God would forgive. But Satan enjoys being evil and distracting people and leading them on the wrong path...

God will not forgive those that do not ask.
...by the looks of it, Lucifer didn't ask.

There's not enough information in the bible. You'd have to be a very mature christian highly developed in love and goodness to have any chance of getting an extra-biblical revelation on the matter.
One wonders if the possibility of him receiving forgiveness if he wanted might be available.
Colossians 1:19-20
"God was pleased to have all His fulness dwell in him [Jesus], and through him reconcile to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed once on the cross."
On the other hand...
Our rebellion is unwitting, the angels knew what they were doing, so perhaps its not available for them.

its not like everyone says.
Lucifer means "lightbearer" or "bringer of light" (he enlightens us of our path)
Satan means, "adversary" [of man]
God is the judge, and Satan is the prosecuting attorney.
he is doing his job in bringing evidence against us, and this job given to him by god.
