How can I forget a guy that became a very important part of me,he's my friend and we love each other before, but now he's inlove with our friend,,it hurts..i thought i already forget the feeling, but i forget my heart in him,..

it takes 6 months of absolutely no contact with someone to get over them..no phone calls or seeing himmand the less you talk about the person the easier it will get

From my experience, it has taken me a lot time time...nearly a year to really "move on". I've dated other people and always thought about him and compared them to him. I did a lot of evaluation of my relationship with him to come to terms with why it didn't work, and tried to remind myself of those things often. I've recently met a guy who knocked me off my feet, so I guess it all worked. Have patience!

It takes time. A LOT of time. You just have to wait. It took me like 2 months.

It i best to avoid all contact with him at this time........out of sight out of mind.........You will need time to heal but keep very busy and try to make new Friends.........don't expect it to pass overnight.........
