You might have GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease). Basically, your stomach and esophagus contents regurgitate back up. This can result from a lot of factors, and certain medical conditions. See a doctor, so that diagnostic tests may be done.

Try drinking some hot tea. or anything hot for that matter.
tea would just probally work best. it could melt away whatever is int here. if not. call your doctor to take a look at your throat.
it could also just be sinus drainage.
but yeah try the tea and if that doesnt work call the doctor.

First - take a look - see if you can see anything.
Any white patches - you need a doctor.

If it looks mostly normal (or just a bit red) Gargle with warm salt water.

it could be anything, it might just be a bit of food caught in your throat. if you just keep drinkin loads of water and this should do it after bout a week if not seesome one bout it
