NO< you need to get married, if youwant to move to us. Then you will have V visa for 5 years, then GC!

from what I understand a Permenat Resident can file for you, however, it takes up to 6 years .. if she were a citizen and you got married then 1 year to get your card.

Not that is just a privilege that a US citizen can be granted...Until she is a citizen she can have that privilege
