You'd better tell him before you explode girl!!!
Ask him to hang out with you at the park or something. And spring it on him there. Tell him how you've been feeling about him, but don't sound obsessed - you don't want to scare him out of your life.

Wow, i have been in your shoes, except in my case, i never had the guts to do it, then he moved on to another girl and i never got the chance. If you dont do this, you will always wonder what could have happened, i still do. If i could go back in time, to 5 years ago, i would take him somewhere where it could be just us two, like a park bench, i would take him there by explaining that i needed to talk to him about something, and then i would just tell him that i have been feeling something for him stronger than friendship and it is getting more intense by the day, if he does not feel the same way, then no hard feelings, just let him know you had to get it off your chest because it has been consuming your thoughts. He will be either completely swooned, or incredibly flattered, and you can feel good that the ball is in his court. If i had done that myself 5 years ago, things would be so different, i found out later that he had liked me too the whole time, but at that point i had already moved in with my current boyfriend, now i always wonder what could have been. Talk to him just the two of you. Tell him how you feel. You will feel better, and it might open the door for a relationship.
I told one of my close guy friends that I had feelings for him, and he had moved on to someone else, but I felt so much better knowing that I had told him. I moved on to someone much better, I am in love and planning marriage, the other dude is still single. :)

well if ya really like him and u think it won't hurt ya's realationship then tell him. i had the same prob but i told him and now i feel better and we are still friends.
