I understand you have to eat less calories then you burn to lose weight.
To me it just looks like alot a sugar for one meal. Im going to give it a try just have to lose a few pounds. If you have tryed it and have some little tricks up your sleeve please pass it on. Please do not tell me it is not good for you. Just giving it a try not for long term use.

What is with people?? A calorie is a calorie, regardless of where it comes from! You will lose weight, sugary or not, IF you still keep the calories low! Your body will burn them! Slim-fast is a great product and it works, when you also follow a sensible eating plan!

I tried it before I read that it eats away muscle, not just fat. But I didn't really notice it do that much, and I was watching what food I ate as well, taking in about 1,300 calories per day. It didn't fill me up as other have said either. I don't do the fads now though, I stick to a healthy diet and exercise (40 minutes on a recumbent bike 5 times a week). It's not hard and I'm still losing weight. I just have my last 5 pounds.

It is more important where the calories come from than how many so slimfast is bad for you. Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Salt has no calories but makes you fat and burning more calories does not help this fatness.

I have used slim fast for about 60 days now and I lost over 10 lbs so yes it works really good. it keeps you full for up to 4 hours it helps with cravings for chocolate because you can eat chocolate!
it taste good... its a good plan...just do like 20 minutes of workout everyday
