And she found out that I met this other woman for sex. We
live in a small town and she found out somehow.
How can I work things out again with her. She doesn't trust
me now and watches everything I do especially if I try to
leave the house.

If you met this other woman for sex while you and your girl were on a break, she has no right to hold it agains you (especially if she broke up with you in the first place) i understand why she may be upset (especially if she wasnt with anyone else while you guys were apart) but thats no reason why she should hold it agains you. You didnt cheat so you didnt do anything wrong.
Its good shes somewhat jelous because you know she cares, but if she gets too controlling and jealous then make sure you talk to her and let her know how you feel. If then it doesnt get better, it may be time to move on.
