Your cat has tapeworms. What you are seeing are eggs. Take a stool sample from your cat and take it and your cat to the vet for a de-worming.

You are correct. They are developed eggs: Flea larvae. The mother flea injects her eggs just under the skin of the cat, and in a short time the eggs hatch and develop into larvae. They look like "moving rice" when exiting the cat's southern end, then dry to look like sesame seeds.
As mentioned above, it is time to take your cat to the vet. You will need him/her to give your cat a shot to kill the worms (that's what the larvae grow into) and get your cat onto a flea treatment program.
The flea treatment program we've found most effective is Advantage, which needs to be prescribed by the vet. That's the easy part. Treating your home and outside is a whole different story, but this will get you started. The vet can give you suggestions for your home and outdoors.
BTW, even indoor-only cats can get fleas. The fleas live in the carpet, and they jump on clothing as humans walk by. Even if you only have the one cat and no other pets, you have squirrels in your yard, no? Fleas like squirrels too. And dogs that people walk. And other cats that roam through. And everyone's favorite night creatures that skulk even the most metropolitan of cities.
Don't be too overwhelmed. Fighting fleas is a struggle, but you CAN win this battle.
Best wishes to you and your cat kid!

On the back of te cat or near the neck it's flea eggs. Near the rear end it's probably tape or round worms. Either way take it to the vet to be sure and they can give a drop on the tounge to help all three

Sounds like your cat has worms. What you are seeing are the worms that crawl out of kittys rear..
They look like sesame seeds because the worms have dried up and died once exposed to air..
Call your vet..meds are very inexpensive for that kind of worms.
Look in catbox after kitty goes poo and you will see worms about quarter inch in length..

tapeworms, take him to the vet and the vet will worm your cat immediately. Don't go to petco or petsmart or any other place and buy stuff over the counter, countless animals have died from the overdose this medication has caused

Please get your cat to the vet as he/she has tape worm, or possibly another type of worm. This needs to be treated asap before it becomes something more serious.
