My allergies always flare up in the spring. I'm not allergic to dairy products, but 've heard people say that dairy products make these allergies worse. I'm just wondering if this has any truth to it. Thanks!

They do not make mine worse. I have environmental allergies. I have heard people with food allergies say that dairy products make them worse.

The best thing to do would be to cut out dairy from your diet for a few weeks and see if you improve.

Good luck to you.

Assuming one is not lactose-intolerant nor has an allergy to dairy, dairy should have no effect on a person.

Of course, the most effective way to treat food allergies is to prevent them; move to a third-world country and eat their diet for a while. (Seriously. Food allergies are exclusively a first-world phenomenon.)

Yes, they do. I have allergies and dairy products make them worse for me. It also depends on whether you have an allergy to them too on how worse they will make your allergies.

they don't make allergies worse, but if you have a dairy allergy, you can get sick, and depending on how bad it is it can be fatal.

It depends if you are lactose intolerant or not. For the best thing to do, if you are not lactose intolerant, is to buy organic milk. The other milk tends to have iodine in the milk which is not good for you, especially if you have acne. Iodine is one of the things that causes acne/pimples. Plus, organic milk tastes better too. It may cost more, but well worth it for your body if you care.
