I know the fact in the Bible. I just want to know what the scientist think of it for a research report.

from what i've heard, there was one "root" language, and then people split up, and changed certain words around a little. the whole process supposidly took a long time, but i think that the bible is more accurate on this!! the bible has proved many facts before man could, so i'd trust it more.

OK, seriously: There are multiple scientists, just as there are multiple atheists.

This isn't a Bush-style "Democrat Party" re-framing attempt, is it?

Hell, even Wikipedia is a better source for fact than the Bible. Use Google, or at least quit trolling.

Well the short simple answer is that humans spread out and each group or area of people started developing their own language.

Don't you think it's strange that they could build a tower high enough to threaten God, but going to the moon and deep space probes don't?

In my view scientist will just explain this as expressing the things and communicating in between in different ways by different communities using symbols and sign in different ways.
