If you're asking what other "types" of passports do countries issue, then there are few different ones:

Standard passports - the ones the most travellers have.

Diplomatic passports - issued to people representing their country in another country.

Official passports - issued to government employees who do not qualify for a diplomatic passport. Generally these are only for use when travelling on government business.

I don't understand the question. Only legally issued passports that have not expired are valid. All others would not be valid.

We need to know what you mean by "normal" to answer the question.
