i doubt it. Windows ME is one of the worst operating systems i have ever seen. WinNT based systems are much more stable. I would reccomend you upgrade.

You cannot fix Windows ME Even Microsoft could not fix all the bugs in ME.

Upgrade to Windows 2000 or down grade to windows 98SE, both are a lot better than ME.
