Oh! Good question! I'm an Asatruar, so we throw battle axes. However, christians (and other Middle Eastern) religions seem to have this thing for stones. I'd be very interested to know why or why not and why they feel the way they do. Bible verses a plus, I guess. At least on this thread.

We should always look at the log in our own eye first before responding to someone---I often do this because I don't want to sound like a hypocrite, even if that person does not know anything about me, I still know--and that is a yucky feeling, if I were to judge someone, and then see the log in my own eye.

Catch the stone and humbly put it in your pocket, then ask the Lord to throw a stone at that person who threw it at you. : )

No, no throw backs. If you are being stoned, it is punishment and you must accept it as such. I will, of course, order them to stop just short of your demise. Stoning has made a remarkable comeback.

Your argument is merely too common. while a individual has an abortion, maximum folk of the time, this is a individual killing a sprint one by way of fact individual is scared to stand the concequences of his/her movements. I placed his in there by way of fact boyfriends or husbands can tension somebody to have an abortion and that they are merely as in charge if not greater in charge if so. contained in relation to the loss of life penalty, that's no longer a individual, yet a central authority this is punishing somebody for a heinous crime. We as people don't have the properly suited to take yet another life, except this is in self protection. the government isn't under the comparable regulations that we are under. Thou shalt no longer kill replaced into to no longer the government of the time. It replaced into to the guy. Abortion is homicide by way of fact is (very almost each and all of the time) a individual taking the common way out on the cost of a sprint one that isn't have the capacity to even guard him/herself. The loss of life penalty is a punishment for somebody that has taken a life and demonstrated a contempt for all times. One final be conscious. while Jesus mentioned "he who's with out sin forged the 1st stone," He replaced into relating people who wished to take the regulation into their own palms. that's vigilanteism and that's incorrect. permit the regulation take care of lawbreakers. that could contain the loss of life penalty, or it could no longer. however the determination isn't interior the palms of the sufferer, however the government.

Throw as many stones as you like but be careful. What you gave out, will return tenfold to you.
