i have been trying to download the adobe flash player 9.0, and it wont work it says on there (When you see the installation completion movie above and text below, your installation was successful. The installation should only take a minute or two on a 56k modem.) and obove it has the black outline of a box and a coloured icon in top left corner, but nothing else happens, i have read similar answers for this question and have unistalled flash player and romoved from my control panel but still no luck, is it possible to send via msn messenger if so could someone send it to me at charlotte.pethers@hotmail.co.uk pls? unless there is another soloution. thanks in advance x

Uninstalling it from your control panel will not work. You have to use the un-installer from the site.

You should then be able to install Adobe Flash Player 9

You must download and run the Adobe Flash Player uninstaller.

then install
http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/

You might want to go in and delete the registry entries for adobe, but this is an advanced technique. Don't do this unless you know what you are doing.

Re - install it as normal and once you see the installation finished page, refresh the page. Then wait.
On the page you should see the moving animation to prove that it worked.
