I go to this restaurant that has this killer Oriental Chickan Salad. I can make the Salad but I cannot find a good dressing in stores. So I was wondering if anyone has any good recipies.

You cant taste Soy SAuce int he dressing and it is kind of sweet

Yields about 8 tablespoons
INGREDIENTS:
5 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 teaspoons light soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
a few drops sesame oil
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper (or to taste)
PREPARATION:
Place all the ingredients in a covered jar and shake to fully blend. Use immediately, or refrigerate and use within 3 - 4 days.

Asian Vinaigrette:

2 min 2 min prep
1 cup

4 ounces vegetable oil
1 ounce mirin
2 ounces rice vinegar
2 tablespoons diced shallots
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
1 tablespoon sesame oil
salt
freshly cracked pepper

1. Whisk all together.
2. That's it.
