how do I set up my paper on interests?

My teacher wants a 2 page paper on my interests, and the info I put in this has to got into my next two assignments about college and career searches. For the 3 assignments I pretty much have to stay on the same subject. How do I write 2 pages on WHY I'm a finance/ business major? I think I can come up with enough to write about my real problem is I have no idea how to set it up!!! If you have any suggestions plz Help!! THANKS!!

Should I just set it up kinda like a normal essay with an opening paragraph,3 body paragraphs, and a closing paragraph??

Start with how you came to your subject of interest -- your influences, how you made your decision. What is needed to achieve your goal. Write how YOU intend to reach you goal. Tell what you would like to do with your interest. Follow up with how your interest will benefit society.
