I recently joined CURVES. My friend and I joined together and we went as planned....for the first week. I went again today (she slept in), and I really need to get into the habit of going at least 3 times a week. For those of you who have made work outs part of your routine, tell me....how do you get/stay motivated? People keep telling me "Oh, I just don't feel right if I miss a day. It just makes me feel so much better and it just relieves my stress and blah, blah, blah". Man how I envy them.....I HATE to work out. If you have any suggestions, please share. Don't bother telling me to just GET OFF MY BUTT, AND DO IT! I tell myself that all the time. Thanks for your time.

I look at myself in the mirror and tell myself "You will never forgive yourself if you give up now".

If you hate it, then don't do it. Do things you like.

I like working out so I do it. I hate reading books, so I hardly do so.
