Stop yourself when you feel yourself getting angry. You're the only one who can change your behavior and you have to stop.
Get some help from a therapist if you need help identifying triggers and getting tips on how to change the way you react to something.
If you're mentally ill, go to a psychiatrist as well to get diagnosed and medicated to help you change.
Or, pick a fight with someone and get your a** kicked, that might work too.
Good luck!!

Believe it or not, try taking a stress/anger management defensive driving course. A good one will teach you how to manage your anger and agressive side, and you can apply the (driving oriented) techniques to life in general, too.
You better get a handle on this NOW, or you're headed to an early meeting with the undertaker-it will tear you up internally, and wear your body out prematurely, besides all the trouble you save by managing a potential conflict, rather than getting into one with someone.

do not beat your self up about trivial issues. If that is the worst ingredient that has befell to you, you're highly fortunate. you're somewhat of overwhelmed on the on the spot so that you sense that the completed universe is hostile to you. you merely want to administration some time, use a diary or calendar to keep you heading in the right direction with such issues as library books, and discover time for relax/relax or workout. The worst ingredient that would want to take position is which think ofyou've got to pay some late expenditures- so end stressing and breathe in slowly, breathe out....and back... sense extra useful?

Now that you know you have a problem you need to take one more step. Make an appt at a Mental Health Center. There are so many diagnoses that fit I don't want to confuse you. Have you kept track on a calendar or journal when and why these ourbursts occur.

See a mental health professional and or seek counseling and anger management classes. Sometimes irritability that frequent or intense could be some kind of mental disorder.
