Try using a clarifying shampoo. That may help you out. Also, what kind of styling products do you use? Those may be causing part of the problem. Or maybe your hair brush needs a good cleaning as well.

1) Invest in a yard of real silk, forget the conditioner and when you wash your hair use silk. You will have no end problems, no build up from conditioner.

2) Take vitamins find what you need at health stores.

3) Take a natural boar brush and brush.

Try T Gel shampoo. Build up can be done at a good hair salon in almost no time.

To get rid of the 'build-up' stay away from the CHEAP shampoos and thoroughly rinse your hair after each shampoo (my hair is oily, and I keep rinsing until my hair squeaks).
Buy the more expensive shampoos and you love the results.

Speak to your stylist. You could use Neutrogena and avoid conditioner.
