I am trying to find a program that will enhance photos or convert them as well as clear the blurryness and pixles

PaintShop Pro (moderate price)
Adobe Photoshop (if you're rich but want the best)
Gimp (free!)
Google Picassa (sort of primitive, but does an exceptional slide show also)

Google has a program called Picasa that is free and I have heard good things about it.

check out GIMP for Windows
for the average home user, the Gimp is just as good as Photoshop.
I like it better than photoshop. and its free.

I think photo explosion deluxe is best.
Picasa is easiest.
