You are not paranoid. However, any of these syptoms , can cause some anxiety simply because it is down right scary. I have fibro and peripheral neuropathy. Often my face will go numb, pain in the jaw , left arm, then I think OMG i am having a heart attack, but I know with all this pain i would drop dead. So take deep breaths and tell yourself it will pass. Next however, I would ask your doctor to see a neurologist to have a nerve conduction study, also an ophthalmologist consult would be beneficial. It took me years to find out really what was wrong. I know take pain meds, occasional steriod packs, arthritis meds. The anxiety or fear I can control mentally. Good luck to you , it is very frustrating and can take a long time to get to the bottom of it.

Sounds like anxiety kinda creeps up on you. However you shouldn't have to suffer with facial pain! I think seeing a family practice doctor is best. Feel better hun.

You may be under a lot of stress. Try your best to lighten up. Strange pains which do not respond to treatment can be associated with depression. If they persist, do see a doctor.

Sounds like you have a panic disorder. You may want to consult your doctor and get a recommendation for a psychologist.

all of your symptoms can be related to anxiety and panic. i know, b/c i've had them. i'm not saying that's all it is, but it is likely. go see your doc - tell him what you're going through, and ask him to run some tests for your symptoms. chances are, you are fine, then you can talk with him about ways to manage your anxiety - medically and non-medically. i took lexapro for anxiety and xanax for panic attacks when they happened and did fine. i don't take anything anymore because once i was able to control my anxiety i was also able to identify the triggers and take care of them. (for me, my triggers are negelcting things in my life that i need to take care of but am not).
good luck and hang in there.

You had full fledged anxiety attack. I think you should see a psychologist, or psychiatrist, that specialize in behavioral therapy. They will teach you how to cope with you anxiety.
