Most ones you will find in stores will not do a great deal of good to your colour.
Loreal have one (only available in salons) which is called Normal Control which will not harm your colour. It would be wise to use a colour locking conditioner or mask (one designed to hold colour in) on the mid lengths and ends but avoid getting it on your scalp as this would effect the anti-dandruff shampoo.
You can have a treatment done in salon which would require you to visit a few times but it will get rid of it.
Good luck.

raw unpasteurized apple cider vinegar, cost $5 a bottle
Hair & Scalp- Seborrheic Dermatitis (Severe Dandruff)
Brijette of Bettendorf, Iowa writes us, "My Chiropractor told me to use vinegar on my baby girl's cradle cap. I applied it straight and let it sit for 10 minutes before her bath. I've done this only four times now and her cradle cap is almost gone already!!! Maybe this straight vinegar treatment could work for other scalp problems as well."
Anne writes, " I have dark hair which is very oily. I use apple cider vinegar as a hair rinse, it helps to dissolve buildup, which results in much shinier hair. It has also been very beneficial for my dandruff."
A reader from Boston, MA writes, "I'm so happy that I found this site. I have applied straight apple cider vinegar 30 min before washing my hair and the flaking is almost gone. It has taken five treatments and WOW what a difference. It make my hair shiny too (extra bonus)."
Now science tells us that it promotes blood circulation in the small blood capillaries that irrigate the skin. It is also antiseptic, combating yeasts, viruses, and bacteria that can cause infection.
Apple cider vinegar is rich in alpha-hydroxy acids, helping to dissolve fatty deposits on the skin’s surface and reducing scaly conditions, promoting a softer, smoother appearance. This miracle fluid also regulates the pH of the skin.
You won’t believe how many ways apple cider vinegar can be used to promote healthier skin and hair! Find out some of the couldn’t-be-simpler ways to put it to work for you, below:
Dandruff fighter: Mix 1 part apple cider vinegar to 3 parts warm water to balance scalp pH and control dandruff. You can also apply undiluted vinegar to the scalp. Allow it to penetrate, then shampoo with a mild shampoo.

Neutrogena T-Gel shampoo w/conditioner. You need a shampoo that has zinc or tar as an active ingredient.

There's this thing called Bay Rum, it's not shampoo it's just something you put on your scalp whilst it's wet and then just blow-dry it as normal, it works so well! You should ask your hairdresser about it :)
