When my dad stopped talking to me for 10 yrs. He didn't talk to me because I was dating a African American guy and had 2 kids with him . Now I had forgiven him for all the words and things he spoke badly of my children and myself . God is good !

In 2004 just weeks before I went to Ireland on a mission trip some neighbor kids slashed the tires of my car (and the neighbors around). Since none of us had actually seen it the police wouldn't do anything even though we knew who had done it. I had to give it over to the Lord and sincerely ask the Lord to bless them.
In praying for God to bless them....they were blessed right out of that house and God provided the rest of the money I needed for my trip to Ireland.

I remember when someone hit me in the head with a baseball bat and we ended up being friends after my stitches healed.
I was 3 years old at the time.

Someone cheated my out of a lot of money, and I could have sued him, but realized that he had gone thru some tough times, made bad choices, didn't have his stuff together, so it was better to overlook, forgive and move ahead. Some things have more value than money.

I have forgiven all who have wronged me,I won't go into detail.It doesn't mean I can get over the situation though,over time i guess.

Well, I watched a person on this very site lie about my religion's practitioners, and thus me, and I assumed they were just an ignorant moron and forgave them because they just didn't know any better.
